Ham & cheese waffles will brighten up your brunch table. Try making in advance and freezing until needed for an easy breakfast, these go great with eggs!
Preheat oven to 300˚F. Heat waffle iron until very hot. Stir ham, cheese, and chives into prepared waffle batter. Coat waffle iron with nonstick vegetable oil spray. Pour prepared batter onto iron, spreading it into corners (amount of batter needed will vary according to machine). Cook until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a baking sheet; keep waffles warm in oven between batches.
Serve with butter and maple syrup
Note: reheat in oven until warm & cut
