Ham and sausage come together in this meaty lunchtime wrap. Try with a side salad for lunch or rice and beans for dinner.
To make herb aioli, combine all ingredients in bowl and stir to mix well.
Heat vegetable oil in saucepan over medium heat. Sauté ham and sausage until lightly browned.
Warm tortillas in microwave for about 15 seconds. Place warmed soft tortilla on clean surface, brush with herb sauce. Layer filling ingredients evenly over tortilla, leaving about ½-inch of edge showing. Fold edge closest to you forward, approximately 1 1/2” over filling now fold both sides over back fold holding all ingredients in pocket and roll from back making a sealed log.
