Tangy goat cheese sweetened with honey is a perfect match for delicious pork sausage.
Place sausage in a small sauté pan and heat over medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, allow to cool and reserve. In a mixing bowl add honey goat cheese, cream cheese, hot sauce, soy sauce, mirin vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of chives. Whisk together until blend is smooth. Stir sausage into mixture. Chill for at least 20 minutes in refrigerator. Spoon onto toasted brioche and top with a chiffonade of herbs (slice as thin as possible).
