Preheat oven to 375˚F. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1 stick of butter. Add sausage, onion, celery, and garlic. Sauté for a few minutes until onions are translucent. Add broth, raisins, and seasonings. Bring to a simmer and remove from heat. Place dried stuffing cubes to large bowl oven-safe bowl or casserole dish and carefully pour hot ingredients over stuffing. Stir to combine. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. For a crunchy top layer, remove foil 15 minutes before finishing.
